Our client, a sustainable and ethical clothing label is on the hunt for a superstar designer to work as part of their marketing and design team, based in their spacious and light Wellington workroom.
The role is part-time (24 hours, over 3 days a week) and is a great opportunity to join an established sustainable retailer and play a key role in the implementation of their visual identity.
Fashion in-house brand
You will have a sound understanding of designing for both digital and print and have strong layout and typography skills. Fluency in Adobe CS is required and experience with automated marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo is desired. Knowledge in HTML/CSS is a bonus. A great eye for detail, an interest in fashion and design trends and a positive can-do attitude is what you’ll bring with you to the role.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager and Senior Creative, your daily tasks will include creating artwork for print (retail store assets and marketing collateral), designing and building eDM newsletters and website assets, along with preparing imagery for the website.
Essential requirements for this role include:
2+ years commercial experience
Adobe CS fluent, and experience with Mailchimp or Klaviyo
Understanding of responsive and UX design
Graphic Design Qualification
